Carol R. Street, age 80 of Howell, passed away Sunday, December 16, 2012. Born in Clawson on December 6, 1932, she was the daughter of Harold H. and Mildred E. (Essler) Munger. A Howell resident for the past 58 years, Carol was a 1950 graduate of Hartland High School. She had a 33 year career in nursing and had served as a registered nurse at Botsford Hospital for 21 of those years. Beloved wife of Donald M. Street whom she married in Howell on October 23, 1954. Loving mother of Jeffrey Street of Lacey, Washington and Bonnie Street of Howell. Sister of Robert W. (Dorothy J.) Munger of Waterford and sister-in-law of Celia Reid of Davidson. Carol was a member of Centerpointe Church (formerly Howell Church of the Nazarene), 214 E. Brooks St., Howell where memorial services will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. Visitation Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at MacDonald’s Funeral Home, Howell (517-546-2800). Memorial contributions are suggested to Centerpointe Church.
